As this is a cheap calls provider to the destination you are calling, then you are already paying less than dialling the international number had you used your main provider. If the geographical number(s) was/were to be found (you'll have more chance of winning the lottery), then the telco in question would not make any money, and would infact incur a loss and would not be able to operate the service.
