Debt Counsellors 0870 0340620 Missed/silent calls

This number keeps dialing my mobile every 15 mins. When I answer there is no reply the other end, just silence. I've had to put my phone on silent now, but concerned that I'll miss calls from friends etc.

Can anyone help me find out who this is and how I can stop it?

Tried google etc but to no avail ...

It answered: You are through to the debt counsellors, there is no one here at present to take your call, please leave your name and phone number, someone will return your call. I recall similar postings before which pointed to some debt collection agency.
