The entry in the database for Cottages4you gives 4 different 0870 numbers. Others are also unverified. Just because the 0870 number isn't listed does not mean that the 01/02 number isn't suitable. Either they will (may) transfer you to the appropriate department, or it is the correct department simply because they have loads of 0870 numbers that they promote in different places such as magazines, newspapers and the internet. That way they can look at the call statistics on each 0870 to see how many people have called each, and hence see how well their advertising is doing.
