The STD code doesn't tie up (it's for Brighton) but http://www.csma.uk.com/contact/ shows:

A postcode check on CV35 0JA isn't much help either (unless you recognise one of the firm's names):

Ie, the magazine is printed, or product manufactured, it is then delivered in bulk to AFS, who then mailshot it as part of their fulfilment service. Several other firms offer a similar service.
