There appears to be no UK office, so perhaps the 0870 numbers are routed directly to Germany or elsewhere. So perhaps a call to Koralle's office in Germany which is given on the website as +49 (0) 57 33 – 14 0 and Fax: +49 (0) 57 33 – 14 295 . The telephone number looks a bit short to me, looking at the length of the fax number and the fact that the area code for Vlotho is 05733, this makes the local number only 2 digits!

BTW, the 0870505551 you quote in your OP is 1 digit too short. What should the number be?
