Perhaps support is provided by a third party. A Google to find companies at unit 270C, here, reveals Nxpower (UK) Ltd and Precision 2000 Ltd.

Nxpower (UK) Ltd, cannot find a website. However, 192.com lists four numbers for them: 0191 482 6287, 0191 497 8340, 0191 482 6109 and 0191 487 1503.

From Companies House website for NXPower: "Nature of Business (SIC(03)): 3002 - Manufacture computers & process equipment"

So it could be them.

Precision 2000 Ltd's website: www.precision2000.co.uk

They specialise in metalworking machines, so I don't think it's them.

A Google for a website reveals: www.cyberpowersystem.co.uk

(Please give the website if you know it !!! Roll Eyes

)

It could be that the support is based in the US. The contact page for the US is here and provides a toll-free number. It will be cheaper to use a call provider like 18185 to call the US number than the UK 0870 !!!

Hi there.

Had to call them up again the other day. Left a message on the 0870 number as it went to an answer phone to call me back, but waited and waited so ended up having to call them today. Also left a messgae via there email to call me, but still ended up calling them.

If we could get an 01 number for them that would be great.

I've called the numbers as quoted and they are all cyberpower....well the 1st is the fax and the 2nd gets through to sales, not tried the other 2 put they all seem to be right.

Unfortunately none of these seem to be their technical support number.

Lompos the number you've posted there seems to be a personal number as it lead to an answer phone message.
