Ofcom's relationship with Icstis?
Jul 18th, 2007 at 5:06pm

It means that ICSTIS+Ofcom equals a cosy cartel aimed at propping up revenue-generation for telco friends whatever the consequence to the public. The relationship ensures a framework for scamming the public.
