Do you have any further information like a website? The 0800 would obviously be the cheapest from a landline, but that depends if there are other "strings" attached. However, without further information about what services are available on the different access numbers, we can't help you further.

Depends if your landline is with BT option 1. Then the 0207 access number will be only 5.5p AFTER 6pm for one hour. Some cards charge a penalty per minute  on 0800 numbers some dont, you just get less minutes. BT charge 3p a minute daytime on 0207 and also on 0845.  Charges from a BT phone for an 0800 number are free at all times.
The phone card publicity poster will tell you how many mins you will get with each access number and the very numerous small print about the extra charges.
Often phone cards are worse value for short calls because of various extra charges.

Suggest use card for longer calls now you have it then use this.

PS  Does this website help. Is your card here?

If you had Primus Saver 2, it would cost you nothing to dial the 00 access after 6pm
Or 18185 would give you 90 mins access, although the card would only allow 60, for 5p.

Or you could use
Budgetcom        0844 200 40 40        0.50 p/min
Discount Dial       0844 200 95 95          0.50 p/min
for Australia landlines.
You would have to do the maths to see how long you are actually using the phone for, and in what time scale to select the appropriate method.

Give us an idea of the figures and maybe we can help.
