Hats off to American Power Conversion (APC). Their contact page (http://www.apcc.com/support/contact/index.cfm) gives 0800 numbers for any kind of contact with them. Admittedly, it would be nice if they also gave out their geographic number (0118 903 7800 according to 192.com) but it is nice to see another American company not using rip-off numbers in the UK.
