I recently upgraded my O2 pay monthly mobile contract and have just received a letter to say that all 08 numbers [and some 07 numbers] are no longer part of the inclusive minutes included on any new tariff or ugrade after 27 April 2007. Unfortuntaley they omitted to tell me this on the phone when I upgraded! So be warned when you are due to upgrade or change tariff. Not sure of the position with other mobile companies but consequently your site is now one of my favouites. Thank you.
