CitizenCard
Aug 7th, 2007 at 9:18am

Hi, can anyone help please with a geographical tel no for CitizenCard - the NGN is 0870 9009930, address PO BOX 4181, Manchester M60 3US, another address on their website for complaints is No 5, 57 Clapham Common Northside, London SW4 9RY.   I need a no as there is a possibility my student son may lose his driving licence for a while for medical reasons and will need an alternative proof of age and these people were recommended but I don't see why we should have to use an NGN.   Thanks for any help you can give.

Hello Barbara, the geog number is

0161 385 3620

It answers as Ticketmaster but just say that you want CitizenCard.

Please confirm back that it was the right number.

Thanks for that, will try it tomorrow and report back.  We hope we won't need it, it depends on how reasonable we find the DVLA .....

Hi, the number given for CitizenCard does go through to Ticketmaster who were unable to put me through; to be fair, the operator did accept 0870 was premium rate but it was the only no she had and was prepared, if I had a name to speak to, to call that person to the phone for me.   So if anyone does have a direct number for CitizenCard, it would be appreciated.   Also, see my post under DVLA re their numbers and my conversation with them has been a disaster, won't accept my son's consultants' judgements and have a perfectly bizarre system of rules regarding epilepsy but I am getting off message here.
