Have just spoken to IntraMed. The 0870 number is to a handling call centre in Romsey, Hampshire. The head office is they say at the St Peter Port address. The email info@artrosiliumonline.com bounced for me, and I've reported that. They gave me another Email: info@healthandharmonydirect.co.uk          They told me that my order payment had been processed at once as they though hey had stocks, then found there was a delay with supplies leading to a lot of back orders. They say mine was sent yesterday, ie one month after payment was processed! Because she was able to see on her screen my address and other details there's just a chance it's genuine. I will report here on its arrival or non-arrival: it didn't come with the postman just now, but if posted from Guernsey it would probably take 2 days, maybe 3, and I forgot to ask if it was sent first or second class!

Have today received the Artrosilium gel tube from Intramed - took 2 chase-ups, but it has come, just 6 wks after the money was debited! They say they had a sudden stock shortage. So, genuine but terribly slow, and very poor communication and no ordedr acknowledgement. For me topic is now closed!

The telephone number to speak to the switch board is 08701201547. I ordered a bracelet and left 3 messages with David Cooper but he does not reply, however the lady said mt bracelet was sent on 20th. Probably stcuk in london now! Good luck y`all
