Many thanks. We were staying there recently and someone left something behind so I had to call them to ask them to hand the item to a family member who would collect it.

I had to use the 0871 number (quick answer and efficient service - so the call only cost 12.5p) but I'll make a note of the number now for future stays there (she'll probably leave something else next time).
