With those initials one could assume you are Scott Fulfitt.
If that is the case, do you have a proper number for your client?
Obviously if you are nothing to do with the company, then might I suggest you remove your personal details from the appropriate pages.
And I think I can say for all of us, if you are not connected to Fone Care, then we apologise for causing you concern.

As a general rule, the person "who owns the domain" IS the company or organisation using it.  If you are merely a website designer, do your clients know that they are not the owners of their domains?  I usually put myself as technical contact, but ensure that the client is down as owner.  This avoids ambiguity and problems such as this occuring, as well as giving interested parties relevant contact details.

As a general rule, where whois shows an individuals name as owner, it is often an indication that the website is run by a sole-trader rather than a limited company (where companies house can then provide an address). Electoral records can provide useful additional information on trying to confirm an address and 'phone number - many resources, whois included, are often out of date, wheras electoral records usually offer more current information.
