It would seem that the powers that be would want everyone to use the 'Hot Phones' provided within the 'Department Of Work & Pensions', if & when those amongst us can find the time to visit the respective departments between circumstances 'beyond' each individuals control. There are,I have no doubt,many amongst us who have many valid reasons to communicate with the DWP & just do not have the time (due to circumstances....,ie working & cant afford the time off to visit these wonderful 'Hot Phones' to sort their problems out & get the above number which keeps them on line for so long that the 'phone bill becomes more than affordable) to visit those 'phones' of which we are so' reliably' informed.
