On their contact page for general enquiries two names (Sejal and Rachel) are given with the 0870 777 7868 number.

However, under Donations one of the two persons named above , Rachel, also appears  with the geographic number 0207 434 0461.

Suggest you call 0207 434 0461

I passed 181 Oxford St today and Dignity in Dying have offices there on Level 3.

Call 0207 434 0461, ask for Rachel, and please report back to say whether the number works.  If it does it will be entered in the database

Maybe they think they can cash in sick and desperate people at there point of maximum vunerability,something like the Medical Profession I been cynical here.
