Urgent request for alternative 0845 numbers

I am looking for alternative numbers for the following companies. I have recently had a house-fire and my insurers expect me to keep ringing these numbers so that I can liaise with the companies to get the work done.

Every time I ring, I am left on hold for over 11 minutes.

These should be made into separate requests, with all the info that you have for each. Addresses etc.
But to start off, the first 2 are on the same number if you check.
