I've been trying to get a cheap flight booked and came across this site which has given me a very competetive price on my search.  Unfortunately, there is no address, no postcode and no geographical no.  The t & c's contain a couple of company names as follows:-

b) Where your contract is with us.
When we act as a principal the relevant invoice will state that 'your ultimate contract is with Lotus International Limited'. In that case, the following booking conditions will apply, as set out below in 'your contract with us' and the following paragraphs. Note that for this purpose you are protected by ATOL number 84357.

c) Where your contract is with Lotus Travel Limited
Where your invoice states that we are acting as agent for Lotus Travel Limited, the booking conditions applying to your contract with Lotus Travel Limited are the same as those set our below and you are protected by ATOL number 1479.

The address is :- http://www.supertravel.co.uk/flightlist.asp and the logo on the site has a small 'Lotus' before the Supertravel Holidays.

I hope someone can help, I have tried to follow the instructions for a new post and have not found any mention of this company in any previous posts.   I am obviously not going to book a flight with a company that cannot even supply it's address on it's own site!

Love the name.  I tried the first no. Lotus Supertravel Tel: (020) 7962 9933 and got a lady called Sarah who said she only dealt with ski holidays.  She, however, gave me another number for worldwide flights :- 020-7453 1750 which got me through to the right place, so a no. that can be added now we know it works! 

Unfortunately, the price on the website doubled when I spoke to a real person, so I wont be booking my flights there!  Apparently Expedia is one of the best for competetive prices.
