Bt's 'freephone' number 0800 0852819 is quoted as an alternative to the dreaded 0870 2414567.
Should you be naive enough to think that you are going to get through to the dial-up cancellation team you'll be disappointed.
The 'freephone' number just gives you a recorded message telling you to call an 0870 number!
BT are just one jump ahead!!
