I guess that sometimes it possibly helps to know you are not alone! 

It really does appear that telecommunication companies around the world are the current dodgy dealers of commerce.

Many of you reading in the UK probably wouldn't normally see this. It might prove interesting to see the extent to which the companies obfuscate and often downright lie to achieve a sale - and just how bad this can be for the consumer! If it all sounds depressingly familiar, it is because it is.......
