Afternoon,

I need to have a word with this shabby lot about a package that has dissapeared, but their geographic number is proving elusive. Here are the details I have:

Royal Mail
Newcastle Delivery Office
Brock Way
Knutton
Newcastle
Staffs
ST5 6ED

Numbers I have tried:

01782 383444
01782 616110

Neither of these connect. The 0845 is:

08456 112 828

A couple of months ago, I was in a similar situation, I remember telephoning the Royal Mail HQ in London, think it was a 0800 number. I explained problem of being held in a queue and the 0845 costs, she then gave me a local number that was only a few digits away from my local delivery office's original geographic number. I'd try a few either side of 44 or 10.
