Both 192.com and The Phone Book return 0870 numbers for this place. 192.com also brings up only 0870 numbers for Hartwell car dealerships in the local area...

A quick Google of "Hartwell Southampton" returns the following fax number - 023 8022 3854. Could give an indication of where the geographic is located...

Also this website is returned - www.bestpricecar.com/southampton/. It appears that that is the official site for Hartwell, and that (probably) all their dealerships use 0870 numbers (I had a quick look, and it appears that way anyway). However, they give a geographic for the body shop  (023 8024 6740) who might transfer you, and their head office also has a geographic (01865 866000).

See if the body shop will transfer you. If they won't, try head office (withhold your number with 141) and say you can't dial 0870 numbers, and would like the geographic. If you have any problems, might be worth being firm and reminding them you can take your business elsewhere...
