I carry out a van taxi odd item delivery service and on Saturday I move an old lady from her existing flat to her new flat.

As she does not understand how to change her phone I suggested I would do it.

She has a talk talk plan and to change it over she needs to contact them, I have now been in a que for 53 minutes what a shambles.

I have heard about this in the past can something be done about it maybe a patition to Charles Dunstable - or what ever his name is.
