Here is a tip... When you telephone M & S money and you get an Indian call centre and you can not understand what they are saying, ask to be transferred to their Chester office. I ask them to do this every time and you get to speak to someone who is very knowledgeable and you can understand what they are saying. I ring this number 0800 363 459 (Internet enquiries) and ask to be put through.
