This organisation was established in about April 2007 to provide a mediation service between tenants and landlords about the disposal of their deposits. I'm not sure it helps any but the STD code 01442 relates to Hemel Hempstead (Hertfordshire) and not Amersham (Buckinghamshire).

Additionally, that fax number was (is?) in use by a completely different company:

Looks like they used to be in Amersham but moved to Hemel, according to the TDS website:

Aside from contacting them to ask for the alternative, I don't think we'll have much luck here.
