Just had to spend ten minutes on the phone to arrange for my extractor fan to be fixed, talking to Gias Service Group,(http://www.gias.co.uk/) the agents for Candy & Hoover. Brilliant found the geographical number on the data base, through to the switch board who then transferred me without any problems. So this call cost me zilch (covered in my package), saved me a few bob by not dialling the 0875 number.
So if anyone has to call these people the geo. number works. Smiley

Change for me not have a moan!!!! Smiley

Thinking about the conversation I had, she kept saying, please can you repeat that my screen has gone down, can you hold for a moment etc. The call could have been completed in less than five minutes (instead of ten). Me thinks she thought she was making money from my call....how wrong she was!....
