How much does Sussex Police receive from each 0845 phone call made to the force by the public?

Callers on a land line anywhere in the country are charged for only a local rate call (set by their network supplier) and callers using a mobile are charged at a rate (set by the mobile network supplier). Sussex Police then receive a small part of the revenue of the call charges. Due to the volume of calls associated with this service Sussex Police were offered a rebate, by Affiniti, as part of a formal tender process

Request:
1: Please list the 0845 telephone number(s) currently in use within the police area covering Hastings, together with the service using that telephone number
2: Please provide the policy document which describes the operation of the use of 0845 numbers
3: For the relevant financial years please list, for each 0845 number, the income generated from the number
4: For one typical operational week please list, by day and by hour, the length of time callers are held waiting for the reply to the customer contact centre
5: Please provide a copy of any budget which shows the forecast income for the use of any 0845 number for forthcoming financial years
6: Please list any conventional landline number (for example, begining with an area code) at present in public use for callers in the Hastings Borough area
