If you are with BT you can use the 18185 prefix (you need to register on the website) to Spannish fixed lines for 1p/min or the US for 0.5p/min at all times plus a 4p connection charge. If I were you, I would use 18185 and ring the +1 number.

If they have a US office, then the number will go through to there. Dialling the Spannish number will definately get you through to their Spannish office.
