Well, unless they have moved recently, the only Offers Direct I can find it based in Huddersfield (Helter Way, Almondbury, Huddersfield, HD5 8XZ). Their number is 01484 327683. You can try it and see if they are linked to the company in Kent.

I ordered goods from this company (now known as Premier Offers Direct) on Monday.  I received no e-mail from them in confirmation of my order or any idea of when I will receive it, yet they have taken the money from my Credit card.  I e-mailed them and they have not replied.

Like your correspondents, I am reluctant to use the 0871  telephone number because it is horrendously expensive and people like this tend to keep you waiting ages in order to make more money.
