I was a bit suspicious this wasn't the right number, but 192.com returns the same fax number as found in the results. Let us know if that works please.

That probably means that they own (at least partly) the range 40xx. Might be worth trying a few other numbers (4000 to 4015 perhaps?) to see if you can uncover where the real numbers are.
