To the erson who posted the rather abrupt and unhelpful reply - I would red them all if I could but I am registered aseverly visually impaired and life is enough of a struggle without people making thoughtless comments like that.  If you have the time to spend posting non-comments perhaps you could use it more productively by sending more helpful replies  I have searched the existing database with this oucome.   Sorry, no matches were found

If you can help the nI would be pleased to read your reply.  If not, then do something useful.

My apologies for my abrupt (and unhelpful) response. Unfortunately, we often get new members who just come onto the forum and expect us to do all the leg work for them. As your post seemed to have the hallmarks of one of those requests, I just used my traditional "read the guide" response.

Would it be possible for you to provide some other details for us to go on? For example, do you have a contact address for them? Perhaps a fax number? Most companies provide a geographic fax number that is within the same range as the geographic for their 0870 number, so that might help us track it down. Also, a website address may help us to reveal the number.

Please post back any other information that might help us. Again, apologies for my previous response.

Oh, as a side note, while you may not find the exact number in the database, it tends to be that the services are often provided by just the general customer services for a certain organisation. In this case, the Co-operative Bank main customer services number 0800 0850950 (which is in the database) may be able to transfer your call or indeed help you.

Another number I've found that you might like to try is 01603 681 144. I found it in a travel policy document from the Co-operative Bank (see here). While it says that it is for medical emergencies while abroad, they may be able to transfer you (or deal with your enquiry).

Please let us know if any of the numbers suggested help, especially if they don't help, and we'll see what we can dig out for you.

The policy you have linked to is underwritten by Norwich Union.

citroen, who underwrites the policy?
