Please can you indicate when Tesco plans to give its customers what they actually want by replacing its present obscene armada of 0845 contact numbers (which its staff then misrepresent as being local rate to customers who complain so contavening Part III of the Consumer Protection Act 1987) with 03 contact numbers that give you Tesco all the same NTS call routing abilities as 0845 without charging your customers a covert premium rate for calling you?

If you are saying your call centre no longer provides customer services for Tesco mobile then your wish for the number to be removed from the database is clearly fair enough.

Perhaps you should have made that a little clearer in the original post though.

As previously stated we have previously dealt with Tesco Mobile Prepay returns and sales queries but no longer do.  We do have connection with Dextra Soloutions but Mobile Affiliates and Cool New Mobile have recently gone into administration so we no longer deal with their returns queries either.

The number under "Tesco Mobile" was removed the other day, as requested.

I have just done a search using 01270 755000 and two entries came up, both with the name "Tesco Phones" (hence the reason they were not removed). They have now been deleted. One also gave the number 01270 411186 as well. And the other mentions "was Caudwell Communications", which used to own Phones4U.

Should any more incorrect records still remain, please let me know, either by posting here or by private message. You will need to make one more post to send a private message.
