I just tried to look up the alternative number for this company and found no match. This company has now taken over Lloyds TSB Registrars. I then decided to look up Lloyds TSB registrars to see whether the phone numbers had remained the same and found that the first entry was Equinity Lloyds TSb  .. I think there is something faulty in the recognition system. I still think that the old alphabetical system you had was much better than the present one.

Yes I realise that I had the wrong spelling  but in fact what I did was search for Equiniti Ltd and that seems to have been the problem. Thanks for the tip in getting the list.
