No excuse for not posting full details BUT:

The address is 1 Woodville Terrace, Lytham, Lancs, FY8 5QB. Email: admin@thesma.org

They used to be at 86 Nelson Rd London SW19 1HX (phone 020 8545 0861).

The website was set up by a Sarah E Kilroy who has (or had) a mobile number 0797 377 5132 and an email address sarah@sportex.net

These are just some clues to finding the geog number but I haven't found it yet.

They may well be the same organisation.
