The number for Leeds is 0113 2807080 which is suitable for all GE operated accounts.

There is an unverified entry which also gives 0808 2081149 for new applications. Try it and let us know.

Further note, I have added the geo no for the Cambridge store, I can verify it as I have used it previously & again today but it is only showing in the unverified database & without showing it is the Cambridge store, I must have done something wrong so perhaps it could be corrected.  Sorry & thanks.

Help!   I am going round in circles on this one!   Have tried both GE Money & BHS switchboards.   GE Money (0208 861 1313) agreed to transfer me to declined applications giving me a no of 0870 1212430 in case I was cut off, I was on hold for 8 minutes & then the person I spoke to advised me to call another no 0870 2416212, I said I could not call 0870s from my phone & he gave me 0141 951 1253 which just goes dead.   The 0870 2416212 is in the database here but is for Experian who cannot deal with this query unless I go through all the credit report thing etc which I do not need to do.   BHS switchboard (0207 262 3288) just put me through to customer services who are the overseas call centre who tell me they cannot deal with it & I must ring 0870 .......   I am almost desperate enough to try an 0870 number but each person I speak to gives me a different one so I don't know which is correct.   Does anyone either have a reliable geo no for BHS declined applications (or even an 0870) or any advice how I can proceed?   I am now even unsure whether it is BHS or GE Money I need to contact.

I had already tried the Leeds no which, as I said in an earlier post just seems to take you to an overseas call centre where the people have poor English, anyway they couldn't/wouldn't help.   I tried the 020 no & that took me to someone with rather better English but again I get this line about having to writethey couldn't put me through to the dept, there is no telephone number for declined applications (odd, the staff instore are trained to tell customers whose applications are declined to call an 0870 no!)   The address I was given is The Appeals Dept., Trent House, Torre Road, Leeds LS99 2BD.   I googled the postcode & this is GE Money with the Leeds telephone no that goes to the overseas call centre etc etc etc....    This must be a situation which arises for many people (from what I am told about the number of declined applications) so a geo no for this lot could be very helpful to a lot of people.
