It is sadly no surprise at all to hear that the wasteful bureaucratic fatcats at Ofcom are not only serving bottled mineral water but wasting yet further money by having it own labelled in expensive bottles.

It is precisely this kind of obsessive self interest that we have come to expect from Ofcom while the rights of the UK citizen consumer are completely and utterly ignored.
