I was talked into changing to sky talk and in consequence have no recourse to my line provider even to get a request for a line tested...B.t.just send a recorded message back saying in effect I am not their problem see my service provider....they also say at sky its not their problem and meanwhile I start to go berserk
I have a bill for £i50 plus, this month because of a broadband hassle its great fun being put through to a phillipino call centre at £1 a minuite to wait in a queue, and then speaking to some woman who CANNOT and I mean cannot speak English...I did not know people shout at call centres till I read it last week in the paper....now Ive joined the fun too (but it would be much more fun if I wasn£t footing the bill)
