East Midlands Trains

New number to add for you.

Got a refund from them for one of their less than reliable trains. Anyway, under "Enquiries To:" is the number:

01332 264 274

Entertainingly, this was crossed out in permanent marker and in big letters below written:

"NEED FURTHER HELP? PLEASE CALL US ON 0845 7125 678"

Ha, no fear. The 01332 number brings you into the office who will transfer you to customer relations happily. The current number isbetter as its the number the 0845 routes to, but in case thats ever rumbled I thought this would be appreciated.

Cheers

Minardi

That number is 'free' from a BT landline, depending on which package you are on

The database used to have a lot of numbers for East Midlands Trains, but they all seem to have disappeared...

I've got 01332 262008 in my phone as a contact number for East Midlands Trains, but it might be just head office and some Googling around reveals they may just tell you to re-dial the 0845 number. Another number I've found is 01332 263980, which is the old number for Midland Mainline (that became East Midlands a few years ago).

Please give those two numbers a go and let us know if they're any use.

I called a few of the numbers given above, and was given these:

01332 867 000 - This is their old number, before they re-located so no good.
01158 507 900 - Not sure what this one is, but they happily redirect to customer relations. The lady in customer relations mentioned it's their HR or PA number or something, I dunno lol
01332 263 303 - This is Derby Station's phone number.

Hope the above is useful for someone Smiley!

Note that  01158 507 900 will be more reconisable as  (0115)  850  7900.   Smiley
