accessability from overseas (Read 2,842 times)

modelmender Newbie Offline Posts: 1 cambs Gender:	accessability from overseas Mar 26^th, 2008 at 11:39am Does any one know how to find out which o8 numbers can be called from overseas? short of going overseas? i.e. I believe 0844 numbers cant be accessed from France but what about 0870...?

Be very aware that the cost of calling these rip-off numbers from overseas is even more horrendously extortionate than it is in the UK. It will usually cost more than even calling a UK cell phone - and that's bad enough!

I have first hand experience of a provider in Australia charging $1.00 per minute for 0870 - about 46 pence per minute at current rates.
