I did read the instructions and included as much detail as I could - unfortunately this is a company with studios all round the country, all of which do have geographical numbers, but it says that you must first refister your voucher using the 0845 number - no address given. The website is no help either!

Just tried it but was told I had to ring the "call centre" on the original 0845 number to register a voucher Oh, well - at least the actual studios have geographical numbers - thanks for trying!
