Any sensible mobile contracts?

A few years back I had a mobile contract with orange where 0800 numbers were free and I could use my inclusive minutes for 0845 numbers - pretty sensible. I am now with O2 and I cant even use my inclusive minutes for 0800 and 0845 numbers - what a rip off! I wasted about £30 because I didnt notice that O2 had started charging extra for 0845 mid contract
My contract is up for renewal so can anyone suggest a mobile contract with a logical pricing structure for 0800 and 0845 numbers?

No, not in rip-off Britain.

After years of ignoring govt. guidelines & RIPPING OFF Council Tax payers using 0845 numbers, Essex County Council changed to 0345 numbers on 2 November 2015

It is just wrong that it should cost more to phone freephone number than is does to call another mobile!

This can be avoided by using one of the Pre-Dial Access Numbers 0200 222 0700 or 0900 out of your inclusive minutes. If one doesnt work on your network the other usually does.It works only for freephone numbers not 0845/0870.
A cheaper way to call 0845/0870 from a mobile is to use
http://www.18185.co.uk/mobilerates.php
via their 020 access number out of your inclusive minutes
