Suprised to not find this in the database. Anyway, here are the details...

I'm after the Manchester airport general enquiries line - 08712 710 711 (Note the disguised 0871!)

Address:

M90 1QX

Fax: 0161 489 3813

192.com returns 0161 489 2109 but theres no answer on that line. I tried a few numbers either side of the fax number but I just got more fax machines.

Google returns:

(0161) 489 3000 - Gives a message to call the 0871!
(0161) 489 3360 - No answer - just rings and rings then cuts off
(0161) 489 27XX - Look like press/PR numbers

0161 489 3XXX looks like the code for the enquiries... I think its just finding the number now. Anyone any further ideas? I've done plenty of donkey work, and I'm off to do some more....

Any suggestios on what groups of numbers and such likes the 0871 is likely to route to? From experience, some of you are very knowledgeable about such things. Minardi

Came through to a woman who put me through to the department I wanted. I was merrily going through numbers til I had that brainwave. D'oh!
