There will be the option for you to hold if all operators are engaged.  These calls will be charges at local rates from a BT landline, but other network charges may apply.

*Update*

Currently the switch to our new phone system has not been as smooth as we would have liked, with numerous problems arising at both surgeries.  These have mostly been a connection issue with patients unable to get through to our receptionists.

These issues have been raised fully and with some force at our new phone line and service provider, who assure us that they are working on a solution as quickly as possible.



In the mean time we can only apologise for the inconvenience and trouble caused by this switch, and hope that a normal service will resume as quickly as possible.
