Since I last posted about Qatar Airways over two years ago (see above), the numbers 020 7399 2566-70 and 2572 now have network redirection messages to 0870 389 8090. At the time, these did go through to the same recording as the 0870 number.
The
UK contact page gives a number of addresses, including one for London (West Kensington), Heathrow and Gatwick airports and Manchester (as quoted by sherbert above).
There are telephone numbers below each for various departments. The central reservations number, 0870 389 8090, is quoted below each one as well.
The 0870 number plays music with speaking over it and it is identified as being Reservations for Qatar Airways. This same recording is played on 0161 838 5394, 5395 and 5396. It is also on 020 7341 6063, but there is a delay on this one before the momentary burst of ringing, so I believe that it is diverted elsewhere (probably Manchester). I did a check of other 0161 838 539x numbers and 020 7341 606x numbers and these are the only ones that go through to main reservations.
I have therefore listed 0161 838 5394 as the main alternative, and the others alongside in the Other Information column.

Oh dear I should have done that but I have a number for you to put on or how do I go about putting it on. The number for the Qatar desk at Manchester Airport is 0161 489 6020
I have put a link to the
Qatar Airways UK contact page in the database as it gives this and other airport numbers.
As we now have direct alternatives to the 0870 number, they are listed as the primary ones. Anyone who wishes to contact these other locations directly can look them up. If the 0870 number is given for contact, then the 0161 838 5394 number is a direct substitute.
What with the flow of information these days, I suspect that the central reservations line will be able to help with the vast majority of enquiries, including arrivals and departures. I wouldn't wish to over promote the Airport direct number when the central one is suitable as this will just tie up staff in dealing with those calls unnecessarily.
On a more general note, as you're now a member, if you've got any additions to the database, or updates to it (unverifieds that work or any listed number that doesn't work), then post them in the Requests section of the forum.

If that is so, this is their fax number 020 7896 0019 so it is worth dialling around that number to see if you can get lucky.
Sherbert, where have you found this number from?
Googling it gives results that give the address:
Qatar Airways
10 Conduit Street
Westminster
London
W1S 2QR
And they give telephone 020 7514 9430 and 020 7896 3636. Yet this address doesn't appear on Qatar's own contact page, so perhaps they've since moved out which means that these telephone and fax numbers are probably no good.
