Just adding a new entry to the Hall of Shame for Link Asset Services (formerly Capita Share Registrars) who are registrars for loads of major companies and are still listing an 0871 number as their main contact number for UK customers to call on their website at https://www.linkassetservices.com/contact-us and although they list an 03 alternative it is a long way down the page and stated only to be for callers from overseas who they advise to call the 03 number.  They then list an 020 number (which would be the cheapest reliable way to make calls at the lowest cost from outside the UK and especially outside the EU where Ofcom General Condition 17 re charging 03 numbers at geographic rates does not apply) but say that number is only for business callers.  Yet you would have thought that businesses would be best placed to afford the extortionate cost of up to 77p per minute on a mobile of calling an 0871 number.
