@ Reserved,

Glad to see PlusNet have finally moved over to 03 numbers.

They used to publish their Sheffield Geographic numbers but for emergency cover measures, they stopped. Then then said they had planned to replace the costly 0845 contact numbers.

I am glad they finally have.

I wonder if Madasafish (who they own) will follow suit?

Oh so UR the TBB member called reserved  Smiley

I remember they DID have it answering in SA at one point

Funny story, I used to work for a Mobile Phone network, and my colleague was helping a customer, she asked me if we supported e-mails from MAAF, but she called them...

Madasa Fish!

Plusnet have just released details of a 03 number for support: 0345 140 0200 - see here

The reason this was done is because I submitted a complaint to the ASA on 27th August when the thread,(can't find it now), about Plusnet was posted, the ASA told them not to use the "Lo-call" claim and Plusnet have obviously responded by removing the 0845 number altogether.

Shelter has now joined the Hall of Fame. It has migrated its 0844 numbers to 0344 ones. It also has 0300 330 1234 for donations.

But Shelter Cymru continues to sport its own Business Rate number, 0845 075 5005. And Shelter England's contact page still gives its reception number as 0844 515 2000, despite the fact that it can be reached on 0344 515 2000 and 020 7505 2000.

Shelter has now updated the contact page with the 0344 number. Well done.

It's just Shelter Cymru that needs to catch up....

Credit due to Npower who have just written to a friend: ...call us on 0800 316 9329 (free from most landlines) or 0330 100 8629 ( included in any inclusive minutes on mobiles)."

Hello and welcome to SayNoTo0870.com.

Whilst an alternative does allow those who are aware of them the opportunity to avoid paying premium charges, they don't mean that all will, and so such companies don't have any place in the Hall of Fame.

From the website: "Depending on your call plan, especially for mobile phone users, you may find the following number cheaper: 0208 185 0778 (sic)" (This number is already in the database)
