I recently got my mobile phone bill and called O2 immediately. I had been charged for 4 texts from the number 69555, coming to a total of £5. I have never texted this number. I did not request these texts. They are all porn-related (i.e. text back for XXX etc.).

O2 customer services told me the company for 69555 is Bluestream Mobile Ltd. - based in London - with an 0871 number. I'm unsure if I copied it down correctly, but I can't find details about them here based on the company name: 0871 474275

I just want my £5 back! Any ideas?

I gave in and called the number, luckily I got through to someone and (fingers crossed) the ball is rolling to get my money back. They tell me they have now taken my number off their database, they claimed I visited their website, which I definitely didn't! I think they are slightly dodgy, though.
