How do you mean it doesn't work? Does it tell you to dial the 0845 number? Is it unobtainable? Will they not transfer you?

White Jewel is a travel agency which organises travel to Saudi Arabia.

Their website does not give a physical address only the 0845 number and an email enquiry form.

However, BT directory enquiries yields:

White Jewel Internet Cafe
Tel: (020) 8655 1020
255 Portland Rd, London, SE25 4XB

I phoned them and this is indeed the travel agency as well as the internet café

Please be informed the current number on your database is wrong and actually goes to a phone number in an old office with a new travel agent who is not White Jewel.

The address is no longer at Portland road and White Jewel is an Internet firm with remote telephone operators, some of those offices are routed outside the UK depending on the time of day and season. If you do not use the 0845 number you will not be redirected to the correct office and as in this case be sent to the wrong place altogether.

Please remove the incorrect number which is provided as it does not go to White Jewel.
