Hi! Yes im sorry. You see they are the same company but have gone under different names. It was I S Traffic Management but they have changed their name to City Watch Parking Enforcement hence I put them both together.

hi jgxenite! thanks for the number.

well it seems to ring but then goes straight to voicemail. it doesnt even say the company name either. left a few messages but no reply. im guessing its just a lousy company with a lousy service.

if i ever get through to someone ill be sure to let you know whether it does work or not lol thanks again.

It is possible that that is an old number, and that they have changed it.

However, someone else might be able to locate another number. It is also possible that they have other numbers within the 020 8539 597x range (between 1 and 9), so if you want to give those a try and report back, that might be helpful.
