Hello everyone

Please can someone help me locate an alternative telephone number for this company?

Their address is:-

Gorse Mill
Gorse Street
Chadderton
Oldham
OL9 9RJ

I have already checked online for an alternative number and the number that I tried is 0161 628 6622 - a lady picked up. and when I tried to ask about my query, she said to dial the 0845 number which is:-

0845 230 3400    

Does anyone know of another number that would get me through to the Helpline, please?

Thanks for your reply - I have used the opportunity of being off from work yesterday to get this one sorted.

Here goes:-

When I dialled the 0161 628 6622 number. the lady still gave out the 0845 number, yet when I played dumb and insisted that I couldn't dial 08/09 numbers from my home phone, she said that she would try and transfer me.

Bless her - she did, and I got through to the Spares department. No-one picked up though, and I left a message asking to be called back.

I did receive a call back, and the number was not with-held.

It was 0161 484 3412.

I have also dialled the 0845 number from my work phone this morning, and I can confirm that the 0845 number maps to this number 0161 484 3412 as the telephone answer message is exactly the same on both telephone numbers.

How's that for a good bit of detective work?  

Would you or someone else care to add the 0845 number, the alternative number and the company details to the database in case someone else needs it in future, or would you like me to do so?

AFAIK, the company does not have a website, yet it does have an email address as well as the 0845 and alternative geographical number.

You might want to add this to the database as well.
